Abstract

ABSTRACT The ICRC is a type of private International Organization (Private International Organization), namely an organization that was formed on a non-governmental basis and then developed into a public International Organization in the humanitarian field. Many countries are affected by violent conflict or war, the ICRC visits individuals who have been denied of their opportunity and endeavor to guarantee that they have normal contact with their families. Issue Definition: (1) How does the Worldwide Leading group of the Red Cross (ICRC) exist as an overall affiliation? (2) What is the occupation of the Overall Warning gathering of the Red Cross (ICRC) in restoring lost family associations (Missing Individuals) in Timor Leste? Kinds of regularizing legal assessment. The data source used is discretionary data involving fundamental authentic materials, helper legitimate materials and tertiary legal materials. Data combination strategies used were report studies, emotional data assessment. Closes from the assessment results: 1. The presence of the Worldwide Board of the Red Cross (ICRC) as a Worldwide Association, which is given the command to give security to survivors of equipped struggle, both worldwide and non-worldwide, which incorporates casualties harmed in war, detainees of war, para evacuees, regular folks and other non-soldiers 2. Juridicial Studies the Global Panel of the Red Cross (ICRC)in Recovering Lost Family Relations (Missing Persons) in Timor Leste, namely facilitating the families of missing people in Timor Leste to find a solution through assistance in the form of cash and provides family relations services to help bridge communication between families separated between Indonesia and Timor Leste.
