PENERAPAN E-TILANG DALAM PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS DI WILAYAH HUKUM KEPOLISIAN RESOR KOTA PADANG

Abstract

The implementation of the E-Ticket System is a law enforcement action against traffic violations regulated in Article 272 Number 22 of 2009 concerning UULLAJ. The E-Ticket system in the Padang Police jurisdiction has been implemented since 2019 until now. Problem formulation: (1) How is E-Tilang implemented in law enforcement against traffic violations in the Padang Police jurisdiction? (2) What are the obstacles encountered by the Padang Police in implementing E-Tiling in law enforcement against traffic violations? Types of sociological juridical research; data sources come from primary data and secondary data; data collection techniques using interviews and document study; qualitative analysis data. Conclusions from the research results, 1. The implementation of E-Ticket in the jurisdiction of the Padang Police has not been fully implemented, because it has a more complicated bureaucracy, 2.
