Paragraph (4) Article 184 of the Health Law and Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07/MENKES/1128/2022 concerning Hospital Accreditation Standards mandates good clinical governance in hospitals, one of which is by organizing a committee of other health workers in hospital well. The RSUD Sawahlunto has it but its existence is not yet felt to be able to accommodate the needs of its members regarding work programs and legal protection. Problem formulation: 1) What is the perception of health workers regarding the urgency of the existence of the Committee for Other Health Workers at the RSUD Sawahlunto? 2). What is the perception of health workers regarding legal protection for other health workers at the RSUD Sawahlunto? The type of research carried out is socio-legal approach. The data used is primary data, obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from document study. The data collected was processed and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Research results 1). Health workers have the perception that the urgency of the existence of the Committee for Other Health Workers at the RSUD Sawahlunto is very important. 2). Health workers have a neutral or impartial perception regarding legal protection.References
