Health services are closely related to the rights and obligations that must be received bypatients where these rights and obligations are provided by the Puskesmas. Problem formulation: 1. How is the legal protection of patient rights in services at the Tanah Tumbuh Health Center, Bungo Regency? 2. What are the obstacles of the health center in protecting the patient's right to health services at the Tanah Tumbuh Health Center ? 3. What are the efforts made by patients if the health services provided by the Tanah Tumbuh Health Center do not fulfill the patient's rights? Type of research is socio-legal research. The data used is Primary data obtained from interviews. Secondary data obtained from document studies. The data collected and processed using the qualification analysis method. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Tanah Tumbuh Health Center of Bungo Regency provides legal protection to patients to get their rights in health services. Obstacles faced in conducting health services such as lack of human resources, lack of mendis support personnel, miscommunication between doctors and patients. Efforts made in overcoming these problems improve the performance of medical personnel, provide a box of suggestions and complaints, simplify the service system of compensation or responsibility if there are patients who feel harmed both material and cost losses.References
