Several residents of Nagari Air Bangis, West Pasaman, urged the government to immediately resolve land conflicts in their area. Based on Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Human Rights Court, which has a mandate to resolve human rights violations in Indonesia with its authority to try gross human rights violations in Indonesia, people's rights to land and natural resources are under great pressure. Problem formulation: 1) What Happened During the Community Demonstration in Fighting for Land Rights in Nagari Air Bangis ? 2) What Allegations of Human Rights Violations Occurred During the Community Demonstration in Fighting for Land Rights in Nagari Air Bangis ? 3) What Efforts Were Made to Overcome Human Rights Violations During the Community Demonstration in Fighting for Land Rights in Nagari Air Bangis. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, then the data collection technique used document studies and interviews which were analyzed qualitatively. Research results: 1) Community demonstrations in fighting for land rights. 2) Allegations of human rights violations that occurred during the demonstration, namely forced dispersal by the police, criminalization by the police, and express opinions. 3). Efforts made to overcome human rights violations during the demonstration, namely reporting to the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission.References
