PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN HUKUM PUSKESMAS AIR SANTOK KOTA PARIAMAN DALAM MENJAMIN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK The quality of health services is an important aspect of the health system in Indonesia. Health centers, as first-level health facilities, have a legal responsibility to ensure that services meet the standards set by the government. This study identified several key issues, namely: 1) How is the Legal Responsibility in Ensuring the Quality of Services at the Air Santok Health Center in Pariaman City? 2) What are the Obstacles in Ensuring the Quality of Services at the Air Santok Health Center in Pariaman City? 3) How are the Legal Efforts in Ensuring the Quality of Services at the Air Santok Health Center in Pariaman City? The method used is sociological juridical with qualitative data analysis, through literature studies and interviews with the head of the health center, health workers, and the local Health Office. The results of the study show that 1) Air Santok Health Center has legal responsibility according to regulations such as PMK No. 43 of 2019 and PMK No. 19 of 2024. 2) However, the health center faces obstacles such as limited facilities, the absence of a 24-hour delivery room and emergency room, and administrative problems in recording patient data. 3) To overcome these obstacles, various steps have been taken, including submitting a proposal for the construction of new facilities, coordinating with the Ministry of Health, and increasing the socialization of health services to the community. It is hoped that these steps can improve the quality of services at the Air Santok Health Center and provide optimal benefits to the community
