PELAKSANAAN PERSETUJUAN TINDAKAN MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT IBU DAN ANAK MUTIARA BUNDA PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK consent to medical treatment in the form of informed consent, Oral consent, written agreement which is regulated in Article 293 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. This research has a formulation, namely: 1) How is the implementation of medical action agreements between patients and doctors at Mutiara Padang Mother and Child Hospital, 2) What are the obstacles that occur in the implementation of medical action agreements at Mutiara Bunda Padang Mother and Child Hospital, 3) How are the efforts of responsibility given by Mutiara Bunda Mother and Child Hospital to patients to overcome obstacles in the implementation of medical action agreements. This research uses sociological juridical methods. The data sources of this study, namely a) primary data from interviews with the Director, HRD, midwives, nurses, and patients or families of patients. b) secondary data from RSIA. The data collection techniques used are: a) Semi-structured interviews, b) Document study, c) Distribution of questionnaires. The results showed 1) the implementation of therapeutic agreements in RSIA based on the patient, namely: a) cesarean section patients, b) normal labor patients, c) pediatric patients. 2) the obstacle to the implementation of the agreement in RSIA is the obstacle of patient-doctor communication during the process of explaining the therapeutic agreement. 3) RSIA accountability starts from management, if the obstacle is not resolved, it is followed up directly by the RSIA director.
