ABSTRACT The Indah Logistik Cargo Sungai Penuh expedition service provider fulfills its obligations towards consumer rights as a form of consumer protection in the action of draining motor vehicle fuel. This consumer protection includes the provision of clear information regarding the delivery SOP and responsibility for the action of draining fuel. The issue raised in this research: 1). What form of consumer protection is provided by Indah Logistik Cargo Sungai Penuh against the act of draining fuel from motor vehicles? 2). What obstacles are faced in the implementation of consumer protection by Indah Logistik Cargo Sungai Penuh? 3). How to resolve disputes regarding the removal of fuel from motor vehicles? The type of research used is sociological law with data collection through documentation studies and interviews. The type of research used is sociological law with data collection through documentation studies and interviews. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Based on the research results regarding 1). The form of consumer protection provided is the openness of information related to shipping and providing compensation for consumer losses. 2). The obstacles faced due to the established regulations not being implemented properly, one of which is caused by internal expedition factors, such as employees not making confirmations, resulting in consumers feeling aggrieved. 3). Providing compensation in the form of fuel reimbursement or cash replacement is an effort made by the Indah Logistik Cargo Sungai Penuh expedition to resolve the issue.References
