ABSTRAK BPJS Kesehatan aims to provide welfare to the entire community to achieve a better life and improve the quality and access of BPJS Kesehatan services. Problem formulation: 1) How is the implementation of health services for BPJS Kesehatan patients at the Pasar Kuok Health Center, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency? 2) What are the obstacles in health services for BPJS Kesehatan patients at the Pasar Kuok Health Center, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency? 3) What efforts have been made by the Pasar Kuok Health Center to overcome obstacles in providing health services to BPJS Kesehatan patients? The type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources: primary data and secondary data, data obtained from document studies and interviews. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion (1) Implementation of Health Services for BPJS Kesehatan Patients at the Pasar Kuok Health Center, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is to provide wholehearted service which is a form of responsibility to BPJS Kesehatan patients. (2) The constraints of the Pasar Kuok Health Center, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency in providing health services to patients using BPJS Health are that there are frequent complaints from the public demanding treatment that is not covered by BPJS Health. (3) The efforts of the Pasar Kuok Health Center, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency in overcoming obstacles to providing health services to patients using BPJS Health are providing a registration application and improving health center facilities.References
