PEMENUHAN HAK-HAK PEKERJA/BUTUH YANG MENGALAMI PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA OLEH PT BATARA CITRA MANDIRI PADANG
Abstract
Termination of employment (PHK) is the end of workers' obligations in the company, which has an impact on the loss of their main source of income. An example of a layoff case at PT Batara Citra Mandiri in 2020-2024, workers who were laid off received their rights in the form of severance pay, and compensation pay. The company provides workers' rights according to the length of time they have worked for the company. The formulation of the problem in this study: (1) What are the reasons for PT Batara Citra Mandiri in terminating workers? (2) How is the procedure for terminating PT Batara Citra Mandiri Padang? (3) How is the fulfillment of the rights of workers who are laid off at PT Batara Citra Mandiri Padang? This type of research is juridical sociological, the data sources used are primary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data analysis is qualitative, namely data that appears or is in the form of words and not a series of numbers.
