PERANAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KOTA PADANG DALAM PENGAWASAN PENGENDALIAN TERHADAP PEREDARAN MINUMAN BERALKOHOL BERDASARKAN PERATURAN WALLI KOTA PADANG NOMOR 57 TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Padang Mayor Regulation Number 57 of 2021 contains various provisions aimed at controlling the circulation of alcoholic beverages in the Padang City area. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) What is the Role of Padang City Satpol PP in Supervising Control of Alcoholic Beverage Violations, 2) What are the Obstacles Faced by Padang City Satpol PP in Supervising Control of the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages, 3) How are the Efforts to Resolve the Obstacles Faced by Padang City Satpol PP in Supervising Control of the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages?. This research method is empirical legal research which is a type of sociological legal research and can be stated as field research. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, the researcher obtained the following research results: 1) The Role of Padang City Satpol PP in Supervising Control of the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages has not been maximized because there are still many violations of alcoholic beverages that are not monitored by Padang City Satpol PP. 2) Obstacles faced by the Padang City Civil Service Police Unit in Supervising and Controlling the Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages, namely: lack of human resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, limited budget, lack of coordination with other agencies. 3) Efforts to resolve the obstacles faced by the Padang City Civil Service Police Unit in supervising and controlling violations of alcoholic beverages, namely: increasing personnel capacity, developing facilities and infrastructure, increasing budget, increasing cooperation with other agencies.
