The One Stop Integrated Service or One Top Service in West Sumatra Province is designed to simplify the public service process and increase the attractiveness of Foreign Investment (PMA). In this regard, the role of PTSP as the spearhead of public services, especially in terms of efficient, transparent and accountable licensing, is important in order to create a conducive investment climate. However, in practice, the effectiveness of the One Stop Integrated Service is not yet fully optimal. The research questions are as follows: 1) How effective is the One Stop Integrated Service for Foreign Investment (PMA) in West Sumatra Province? 2) What is the impact of the One Stop Integrated Service on Foreign Investment (PMA)? The research method used is a sociological legal approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, data analysis qualitatively. The results of the study are 1) The effectiveness of the One Stop Integrated Service in West Sumatra Province that the services carried out reflect the acceleration of licensing time, transparency of procedures, and ease of access to services, but are still hampered by coordination between agencies, limited human resources, and technological infrastructure that is not yet fully integrated and the existence of a centralized licensing process for Foreign Investment. 2) The impact of the One-Stop Integrated Service on Foreign Investment has both positive and negative impacts. It is hoped that this implementation will lead to greater coordination between the central and regional governments to create a conducive investment climate. This is especially true for the licensing bureaucracy, which was previously under the authority of regional governments but is now centralized
