The provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
Number 110 of 2016 concerning Village Consultative Bodies, in this case the Membership of
the Village Consultative Bodies (BAMUS) was terminated not in accordance with Article 5
Paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
Number 110 of 2016. The formulation of the problem in this study: 1) What are the Legal
Consequences of Dismissal of BAMUS Members of Nagari Talunan Maju, Sangir Bala
Janggo District, South Solok Regency Based on the Decision of the Padang PTUN Number:
15/G/2022/PTUN.PDG? 2) What are the Considerations of the Padang PTUN Judge in the
Decision of the PTUN Number: 15/G/2022/PTUN.PDG regarding the Dismissal of BAMUS
Members of Nagari Talunan Maju, Sangir Balai Janggo District, South Solok Regency? This
study uses a normative juridical research method, data sources consist of Primary Legal
materials and Secondary Legal materials, data collection techniques by means of document
studies and data are analyzed qualitatively. Research results: 1) Legal Consequences in the
Padang PTUN Decision Number: 15/G/2022/PTUN.PDG: a. Revoking the Decree of the
Regent of South Solok concerning the Termination of Membership of BAMUS Nagari
Talunan Maju, b. Determination of Membership of BAMUS Nagari Talunan Maju, c.
Compensation and rehabilitation in the State Administrative Court. 2) Considerations of the
Padang PTUN Judge in the TUN Decision Number: 15/G/2022/PTUN.PDG: a. Contrary to
Statutory Regulations, b. Contrary to the General Principles of Good Governance.
