IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN PRESIDEN TENTANG JAMINAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENERAPAN KAMAR RAWAT INAP STANDAR DI RUMAH SAKIT KH.DAUD ARIF KUALA TUNGKAL TANJUNG JABUNG BARAT

Abstract

The government implements the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy through Government
Regulation Number 47 of 2021. At Daud Arif Regional Hospital in Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung
Barat, it was found that there are inconsistencies between the inpatient room services and the
established standards in the implementation of the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS). The problem
formulation in this research is: 1) How is the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 59
of 2024 concerning Health Insurance related to the application of standard inpatient rooms at Daud
Arif Hospital in Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Barat? 2) What are the obstacles in the
implementation of Standard Inpatient Rooms at KH. Daud Arif Hospital? And 3) What efforts are
being made by RSUD KH. Daud Arif in implementing the Standard Inpatient Rooms at KH. Daud Arif
Hospital in Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Barat? The type of research is conducted through
empirical research (Socio-Legal Research). Primary data sources are obtained from interviews with
informants and Secondary data is obtained from document studies. The data analysis technique is
descriptive qualitative of the data obtained in the field. With the results: 1) The number of inpatient
beds at RSUD KH. Daud Arif is 124 beds, with several inpatient units still combining several types of
services, for example, lung patients combined with internal diseases and eye patients with surgical
patients; 2) The failure to form a rapid implementation team for KRIS, coordination between units is
not yet optimal, and the inventory of facilities related to KRIS implementation has not been conducted
comprehensively; and 3) an urgent need to form a rapid team, conduct an inventory of inpatient
facility rooms, and improve infrastructure to meet standards.
