Abstract

ABSTRACT

The quality of health services is an important aspect of the health system in Indonesia. Community health centers, as first-level health facilities, have a legal responsibility to ensure that services meet the standards set by the government. This study identified several main problems, namely: 1) How is the legal responsibility in ensuring the quality of services at the Pasar Usang Community Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency? 2) What are the obstacles in ensuring the quality of services at the Pasar Usang Community Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency? 3) How are legal efforts in ensuring the quality of services at the Pasar Usang Community Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency? The method used is sociological juridical with qualitative data analysis, through literature studies and interviews with the head of the community health center, as well as patients who receive treatment at the community health center. The results of the study indicate that 1) The Pasar Usang Community Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency whas legal responsibility according to regulations such as PMK No. 43 of 2019 and PMK No. 19 of 2024. 2) However, the community health center faces challenges in terms of its healthcare staff, who are often unfriendly and slow in their work. 3) To address these challenges, various efforts have been made to educate the public about the importance of healthcare services at the community health center. With these steps, it is hoped that healthcare services at the Pasar Usang Community Health Center in Padang Pariaman Regency can continue to improve and become more optimal in providing services to the community.
