formulation of the problem in the research is 1.) How is the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2023 about Implementation of Layak Anak
Regency 2.) What are the obstacles faced In the Implementation of Regional Regulations of Layak Anak Regency in Solok Regency South 3.) How are the
efforts made in the Implementation of Regulations Region Number 1 of 2023 about the Implementation of Child-Friendly Regency in South Solok Regency.
This Research Method uses a Juridical approach Sociological, with primary and secondary data sources and data collection techniques Using document
studies and interviews, the collected data is analyzed Qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that; 1.) To carry out Policies/programs to support the
implementation of child-worthy districts, namely: Strengthening KLA Task Force and KLA RAD Preparation. 2.) Obstacles faced In the Implementation of
the Implementation of the Children's Worthy Regency, namely: Budget limitations, Cross-sector coordination is not optimal, Data availability is not yet
available Children, Facilities and Infrastructure are not standard and comprehensive, Rule enforcement Child protection is still facing challenges 3.)
