Abstract
In carrying out the real execution , the execution of the Respondent frequent resistance - resistance of both physical and non-physical . Based on the description above that become problems are 1 ) What is the real execution in case No. 20/Pdt.G / 2009 / PN.Prm ? , 2 ) What are the forms of resistance undertaken by Respondent execution ? , 3 ) what efforts are made Executor in the face of such resistance ? . The method used is the juridical empirical method . The study is based on qualitative data analysis , using primary data source and secondary data , interviews and data collection techniques and study documents . Based on this research can be concluded 1 ) in a civil case No. 20/Pdt.G/2009 / PN.Prm been delayed because the Applicant has not menstor Execution execution costs . 2 ) forms of resistance undertaken by Respondent Execution is doing a demo and still objects mastered perkara.3 ) Executor efforts in the face of such resistance is the executor to negotiate and mediate with the Respondent Execution .
