Since the entry into force of the implementing regulation of Law No. 22 of 1999 which was later revised into Law No. 32 of 2004, it issued the norm of West Sumatra Regional No. 9 of 2000 concerning the Basic Nagari Government accountable to the Regent. But with the West Sumatra Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2000 no longer appropriate then replaced by Regulation No. 2tahun West Sumatra in 2007 on the Principles Governing Nagari. In this paper which is the formulation of the problem is how the implementation of the tasks and powers of trustees in villages villages Toboh Sintuk Toboh Tower Tower District of Padang Pariaman, what are the problems encountered in the implementation of village trustee trustee duties authority Toboh Nagari village in the District Sintuk Toboh Tower Tower Pariaman District, and how efforts to resolve the problems encountered in the implementation of village trustee duties and powers of trustees in villages villages Toboh Sintuk Toboh Tower Tower district of Padang Pariaman. In this study, using the method of empirical sociological research is research that is obtained on primary data obtained directly from the community. The results of the study is to investigate the implementation of the duties and authority of village trustees in villages Toboh Sintuk Toboh Tower Tower District of Padang Pariaman, to find out the problems faced in the implementation of village trustee duties and powers of trustees villages in the District Sintuk Toboh Toboh Tower Regency Tower Pariaman , and attempts to find out the solution of problems faced by village trustees in villages Toboh Sintuk Toboh Tower Tower District of Padang Pariaman.
