NETWORK BENEFITS FOR BLACKBERRY MESSENGER INVESTAGITIOS THEFT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS IN THE BLACKBERRY

Abstract

ABSTRACT
In maintaining security and order in the society , people have hope in the performance
of the police in tackling crime . One example of theft cases in the city of Padang
Blackberry . Blackberry is the crime of theft in the report to the Police Padang were
70 cases in 2013 . The formulation of the problem is 1 ) Was the blackberry
messenger network benefits for investigators in the investigation of criminal theft of a
Blackberry ? 2 ) what are the factors that become an obstacle for investigators in the
use of Blackberry Messenger network in the investigation of criminal theft of a
Blackberry ? . Type juridical sociological research . The data source is a source of
primary data and secondary data . Techniques of data collection by the study of
documents and interviews . Analysis of qualitative data . Conclusions of the research
1 ) Blackberry Messenger network benefits for investigators in the investigation of
criminal offenses in Champaign Police investigators facilitate in knowing where
stolen goods , accelerate revealing case and arrest tersangka.2 ) inhibiting factors
encountered in the Champaign Police investigator in the network utilizing Blackberry
Messenger in the investigation of criminal theft of a Blackberry that is not the full
information provided by the victim told investigators about the theft of stolen
property such as the International Mobile Equipment Identity number ( IMEI ) and
PIN from Blackberry , not all investigators could understand and master the
Blackberry Messenger network in the theft revealed Blackberry .
