MEKANISME PEMBUKTIAN TINDAK PIDANA MELARIKAN PEREMPUAN BELUM DEWASA Studi Kasus Pengadilan Negeri Kelas IA Padang
Abstract
Developments in information technology allow people to communicate. This technology notonl have a positive impact, but also cause negative impact. Not uncommon for people tomisuse the communication tools to commit a crime, one of them to deceive minors. Somecases of runaway girls begin with friends through social networking. Issues raised in thispaper are: (1) Ho is the crime of escape proof mechanism immature female in Class 1ADistrict Court of Padang? (2) What are the constraints faced by the prosecution in provingthe crime of runaway girls in Class 1A District Court of Padang? This study used socio-legal approach. The data is being used include primary data and secondary data. Thedata were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion The results of the study, (1) Mechanism of proofin a criminal act immature female running in the District Court of Champaign Class IA inaccordance with the provisions stipulated in the Law of Criminal Procedure (Criminal Code)(2) constraints faced by judges in proving the crime of escape is immature female descriptiongiven defendant convoluted.
