HUBUNGAN KERJA PENYIDIK PPNS DINAS PERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYIDIK POLRI DALAM MENYIDIK PERKARA PELANGGARAN LALU LINTAS ANGKUTAN UMUM DI POLRES PADANG PARIAMAN
Abstract
Prosecution of cases of violation of public transport on the highway handled by investigators from the Department of Transportation and Police investigators. Investigators from the Department of Transportation should always coordinate with the investigating police. Issues raised in this paper are: 1) What is the relationship between investigators working Sat So Padang Pariaman Traffic in investigating violations of public transport? 2) Are the constraints found by the investigator Department of Transportation (Transportation Agency) in investigating violations of Padang Pariaman public transport? This study used socio-legal approach. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and document study. The data were analyzed qualitatively. From the results of this study concluded: 1) The working relationship between the Department of Transportation investigator investigators (Transportation Agency) with Investigator Sat So Padang Pariaman in investigating violations of public transit Transportation Agency investigators always coordinate with investigators Then Sat. 2) The constraints faced by the investigator Department of Transportation (Transportation Agency) in investigating a traffic violation Padang Pariaman public transport is the lack of members of the Department of Transportation investigator investigators.
