PENGAWASAN PEREDARAN OBAT TRADISIONAL YANG MENGANDUNG BAHAN KIMIA OBAT OLEH PENYIDIK PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL BALAI BESAR PENGAWAS OBAT DAN MAKANAN DI PADANG

Abstract

The advancement of technology have bring a fast and significant changes in pharmaceutical industry, the rate of people that consume traditional drug rose over the year, regulation about traditional drug is set in legislation of 2009 no, 36 concerning healtcare, the issues which appointed in this skripsi area (1) how the role of supervisor of traditional drug circulation that contain chemical substance by civil servant observator (PPNS), (2) problems in traditional drug circulation which do not include the chemical element in the packaging. this thesis use judicial sociological approach, the data which use covering prime and secondary data, the data analysed aqulitatively, based on the survey, conclude that (1) the role of supervisor of traditional drug circulation that contain chemical substance by civil servant observatory (PPNS), PPNS big hall surpervisor of drug and food is a single investigator when execute the task as a traditional drug circulation observator that contain chemical substance, (2) observatory problems when observe the traditional drug which do not include chemical element in the packaging are fund limitedness, observator, threat from the suspect, the decision passage from district court not be given to BPOM.
