PELAKSANAAN PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA PENIPUAN DENGAN CARA HIPNOTIS DI POLRESTA PADANG
Abstract
Hypnosis is widely used for various purposes. One of them is used to commit a crime offraud. Fraud with hypnosis a lot going on in the city of Padang. The problem in this studyare: 1) How is the implementation of criminal fraud investigation by means of hypnosis inChampaign Police? 2) What obstacles encountered investigators in investigating criminalcases of fraud by means of hypnosis in Champaign Police? This study used socio-legal approach. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data.Primary data were obtained by interviews, secondary data obtained from the study ofdocuments. The data were analyzed qualitatively. From the results of this studyconcluded: 1) The investigation of criminal offenses of fraud by way of hypnosis inChampaign Police are in accordance with the existing rules in the Code of CriminalProcedure 2) Constraints encountered investigators in innvestigating criminal cases offraud by means of hypnosis in the Champaign Police, evidence weak, and difficult to getwitnesses.
