PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KORBAN PEMALSUAN SURAT TANDA NOMOR KENDARAAN DAN BUKU PEMILIK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI POLRES BATANGHARI JAMBI

Abstract

With increasing number of vehicles available in Indonesia, the increasing amount of crime that occurs. One of the criminals who happen is kejahat counterfeiting vehicle registration and reg. Reg vehicle registration and proof of vehicle ownership is private. Regulations governing vehicle registration is regulated by law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Road Transportation in Article 64 to 68 of this research was conducted with the socio-juridical approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Techniques of data collection using interviews and document study. The data were analyzed qualitatively. From the study it can be concluded that: 1) The form of legal protection for victims of criminal fraud and vehicle registration in the area police station Batang reg is to assist, guide and serve victims in various respects, including criminal punishment against criminals 2). Obstacles encountered investigator is not available funds, the victim does not wish to be accompanied, not available penesihat law to assist victims. 3). In overcoming these obstacles, the investigator made efforts to hold a secure and remote monitoring, and pleaded with the judge to prepare the legal counsel for victims of crime.
