PELAKSANAAN PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI POLRES KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
Abstract
Investigation criminal narcotics not only refer to code of criminal procedure, a few particulars stipulated in law Number 35 of 2009 on narcotics, abuse the drug cases in Indonesia from year to year is increasing, so tooin the jurisdiction of South Solok. Cases raised in this paper are (1) How is the implementation of criminal investigation Police narcotics in Souht Solok? (2) Is the problem to investigation on obstacles in the implementation of the criminal of drug abuse in South Solok Police? This study used sosio legal approach. The data used include primary data and secondary data. The data obtained through interviews and document study. The data were analyzed qualitatively, from the study it can be concluded that (1) the implementations of criminal investigations of narcotics abuse in South Solok Police report that the public, the first action, arrest, searches, foreclosures, examination of witnesses and suspects, detention, completion of the investigation (2) obstacles encountered in the implementation of the criminal investigations of the Police narcotics abuse South Solok ie, investigator, arrest, facilities and infrastructure, operating costs, witness
