PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN BERLANGGANAN SAMBUNGAN TELEPON ANTARA PT. TELKOM DENGAN PELANGGAN DI KANTOR WILAYAH USAHA T ELKOM UNIKASI (WITEL) SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

PT. Telkom are businesses engaged in telecommunications services connection.The problems to be discussed in this paper is a telephone connection between PT.Telkom to customers at the office of West Sumatra, among others: (1) How is theimplementation ofa telephone line subscription agreement between PT. Telkomto customers?; (2) What is the nature of default is often the case in theimplementation of phone subscription agreement between PT. Telkom tocustomers?; (3) How are the parties to resolve the defaults that occurred in thesubscription telephone connection between PT. Telkom with Customer?. In thisstudy the authors use a type of juridical sociological research by conducting fieldinterviews to obtain primary data and library research to obtain secondary data.Based on the results of this study concluded that; (1) although for a new pair ofservice promised a maximum 7 days, but there are up to 10 days. In prateknya PT.Telkom always provide information about telecom services to customers; (2) Theforms of default that happens one of them is customers do not pay phone bills ontime and installation time of the phone is not in accordance with the promisedtelecoms; (3) the efforts of the parties to resolve defaulting with deliberation, ifnot achievedthen it will be finished at the NationalIndonesiaAbitrase Agency(BANI).Keywords: Implementation,Agreement,PT.
