PELAKSANAAN PENYIMPANAN BARANG BUKTI OLEH KEJAKSAAN DALAM TINDAK PIDANA PERTAMBANGAN EMAS ILLEGAL DI SIJUNJUNG

Abstract

Many of the illegal gold mining occurred in the Sijunjung. The illegal gold mining workers, many come from among the low economic impact on the economy of the community Sijunjung. Illegal gold mining activities using tools such as excavators, ship/poton and domfeng. In eradicating illegal gold mining investigators do foreclosure tools illegal gold mining to be used as evidence in legal proceedings. This research uses the sociological legal approach. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and documents. The data were analyzed qualitatively. From research it can be concluded: (1) implementation of the seizure carried out by investigators have been in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure and storage of evidence by the Prosecutor's Office is deposited to the Polres Sijunjung and public works (2) Constraint investigator in conducting the foreclosure is the geographical conditions.
