PRAKTIK PERKAWINAN DI BAWAH TANGAN DAN FAKTORFAKTOR PENYEBABNYA DI KECAMATAN SUNGAI LALA KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

Abstract

Marriage that only qualified and harmonius marriage are governed by Islamic law
called the marriage under his hand. The problem of this research is, 1). How is the
implementation marriage under his hand in District Sungai Lala Indragiri Hulu? 2).
Are the factors that cause the occurrence of underage marriages in the hands of the
District Sungai Lala Indragiri Hulu? 3). Does the efforts made to overcome the hand in
marriage under the District Sungai Lala Indragiri Hulu? The method in this study
juridical manifold sociological data collection techniques with interviews and document
study, then compiled and analyzed by the method of qualitative analysis. From the
research results can be summarized as follows : 1). In the female to mate asked by the
