PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP NASABAH BANK PENGGUNA FASILITAS INTERNET BANKING ATAS TERJADINYA CYBER CRIME (Studi Kasus : Bussines banking Centre Mandiri Padang)

Abstract

Banking technology developments such as internet banking, the bank should pay attention to the safety aspects of customer protection in particular relating to customer privacy. Formulation of the problem is 1) How the legal protection of bank customers in a users internet banking facility upon the occurrence of cyber crime? 2) What the constraints of banking banking bussines centre in providing legal protection for bank customers internet banking users upon theoccurrence of cyber crime ? This study using sociological juridical approach . Data used include primary data and secondary data , the data were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusion is bussiness banking center will provide legal protection to nasbah in two ways , namely by way of implicitly generated by surveillance dn coaching efetif can avoid evil and explicit way , namely by providing protection through the establishment of an institution that guarantees public deposits, while according to the laws governing that Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions , Unangundang No. 8 tauhun 1999 on perlindunan consumer , Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking. Keywords :  Bank customers, Bank, Internet, Internet Banking, Cyber Crime
