Abstract

Dispute between businesses with consumers because people do not know clearly what the rights of the obligations and / or to businesses with whom the consumer has related laws .The example of consumer disputes with Case No. 004/P3K/II/2015 between PT. Bank of Mandiri with the debtor credit. Objective of the research is to know copletion of dispute by  Consumer Dispute Resolution Institutions (BPSK) Heirs of  Customers Debtor Credit with  PT. Bank of Mandiri.  The type research is Socio Legal Research. Data collected through interviews and documentation. Echnical analysis technique is qualitative descriptive analysis of the study. 1)Research findings showed actors that cause disputes between the heirs of the debtor credit with PT. Bank of Mandiri is because the plaintiff was harmed in which the insured person (late) husband Plaintiff holding a credit agreement with the Defendant, The loan is guaranteedby PT. Life Insurance Bumi Asih Jaya. 2)Process of settlement of disputes by the BPSK in the process of settlement of disputes between the heirs of the debtor credit died with PT. Bank of Mandiri is to call to the parties, after several meetings held between the parties and find a solution that leads peace the Assembly requested the parties to choose the form of the settlement and the parties agreed to settle by arbitration. Keyword : Disputes, BPSK, Heirs, Bank of Mandiri
