Abstract
The existence of Consumer Protection laws are needed with regard to the weak consumer position compared with business players. The bill is expected to be able to bring change to all parties, in order not to the existence of the party feel wronged. As happened on one of the consumers with PT Toyota Astra Financial Services branch of the field that asking the problem to the body of the dispute settlement consumers (BPSK) Padang City. The problems are examined is 1) How is the process of the settlement of disputes between consumers Izwa Farizal with PT Toyota Astra Financial Services field in this object withdrawal guarantee?. 2) How the results of the settlement of disputes between consumers Izwa Farizal with PT Toyota Astra Financial Services field in this object withdrawal guarantee?. This research method is Nomative Sociological. The Data used the primary Data obtained through interview and secondary data that is obtained through the study of the document. Data analysis done with qualitative research. The results of this research are 1) the process of settlement of disputes between consumers Izwa Farizal with PT Toyota Astra Financial Services field in this case is in warranty object withdrawal settlement of this matter have not yet acquired the agreement of the parties to the settlement in a peaceful, then to get this dispute settlement certainty, BPSK Padang City determine the dispute settlement is done by way of arbitration. 2) the results of the settlement of disputes between Izwa Farizal with PT Toyota Astra Financial Services field in the case of withdrawal of the object is guarantee the Justice decided to grant consumer demands including the return of the vehicle unit from 2 (two) units that become the object of the case with the terms of all debt receivables between consumers and business players finished.Keywords: The dispute, Consumer, BPSK
