PENGATURAN PENANGKAPAN IKAN MENURUT HUKUM LAUT INTERNASIONAL DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI INDONESIA
Abstract
ABTRACK
The riches of the sea provide a very significant contribution to the people especially fishermen are dependent on the result of the illegal fishing. Illegal fishing is a business or the activities carried out by the community or the fishermen as one of livelihoods, arrest is related to the efforts of illegal fishing in the land and the cultivation of the fish of the sea and international settings on the sea is the establishment of a border lau a state. The formulation of the problem: (1) How the setting of illegal fishing in international law of the sea? (2) How the implementation of the international law of the sea on the setting of illegal fishing in Indonesia research approach that is used is the normative approach. The data source is a source of secondary data that includes the Primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary preventive measures. Data collection technique is to use the laws and the books associated with research. data analysis form of Qualitative analysis. The conclusions of the research: (1) the setting of illegal fishing in international law is based on UNCLOS 1982 and agreements between countries(2) Implementation of international law of the sea on the setting of illegal fishing in Indonesia with affirms the Act concerning the covenants agreed the country.
