UPAYA KEPOLISIAN DALAM MENANGGULANGI TINDAKPIDANA PENCURIAN DENGAN KEKERASAN DI WILAYAH HUKUM POLRES SOLOK KOTA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Theft with violence a criminal offense under Article 365 Code of Criminal Law (Criminal Code), the crime of theft with Violence is not only targeting the riders male, but also female riders. The streets were deserted and a lack of area lighting, typically used as the location for the perpetrators to launch the action. The perpetrators usually does not act alone, but in groups and organized. Motorcycle proceeds of crime will be stripped for resale. The problems 1) how are the police in tackling the crime of theft with violence in Solok City Police jurisdiction? 2) Are the constraints found police in tackling the crime of theft with violence in Solok City Police jurisdiction?.This study using sociological juridical approach. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews and document study. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions of research results; 1) The efforts of the police in tackling the crime of theft with violence in Solok City Police jurisdiction shall be done by using three methods, namely preventive, repressive and curative. 2) Obstacles encountered by police Solok City Police officers are obstacles, the community, the victim, facilities and infrastructure.
