Abstract
ABSTRACT
Motorcycle development of automotive technology in recent years has increased in Indonesia. To facilitate the purchase of a motorcycle, the financing institutions provide convenience to prospective customers who want to buy a motorcycle in a way to lend money to consumers by party institutions such financing. The formulation of the problem, What are the measures undertaken by the Consumer Dispute REMEDY (BPSK) of Padang in resolving disputes through arbitration withdrawal motorcycle carried out by PT. Adira Finance.tbk ?. What are the obstacles encountered BPSK? And how the remedies to overcome the obstacles faced BPSK ?. Research the type of juridical sosilogis. The primary data obtained through interviews. This type of unstructured interviews. Data obtained and then processed and analyzed qualitatively. Results of research in the steps performed by BPSK Padang city in resolving the dispute by arbitration which summon the parties to attend hearings set up by the Chairman of BPSK, constraints faced by BPSK is a lack of consumer understanding of BPSK, lack of transparency of the parties to provide information, not inconsistency of the parties, the perspective of the parties about the decision BPSK indicated unjust, and remedies to overcome the obstacles faced by BPSK that provide socialization to the parties on BPSK, requires the parties to be honest, explaining that the BPSK no intervention by the anywhere.
