PELAKSANAAN TUGAS DAN FUNGSI CAMAT SEBAGAI PERANGKAT DAERAH DALAM PEMBINAAN WILAYAH DI KECAMATAN XIV KOTO KABUPATEN MUKOMUKO PROVINSI BENGKULU MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 23 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH
Abstract
Camat is the leader of the District as the district / city. Camat serves as coordinator of governance in the District is under and responsible to the regent / mayor through the secretary of the district / city. Therefore, the activities of vertical agencies in districts must coordinate in advance with the district head. In the area of coaching is necessary a good coordination between the agencies in their area. In this study, there are some problems studied: a). How Implementation Role in Development Regional Head in District XIV Koto ?. b). Whatever, the problems faced by the Head XIV Koto and How to solve it ?. The method used to answer these problems are socio-juridical legal research, the primary data source / basis of data obtained from the field by means of interviews with government officials XIV Head office Koto, then presented descriptively. Based on this study concluded that, a). Head Peranaan implementation in Development Areas in District XIV Koto goes well, due to the good coordination between existing institutions in its territory. b). The problem faced by the Head XIV Koto is a vertical instasi on other office services, there is a tendency they have objections coordinated by Head, because they felt that determine their staffing efficiency report is not a sub-district head, but his immediate superior.
