PENERAPAN DUKUNGAN BANK NAGARI CABANG MUARA LABUH TERHADAP TENDER PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JEMBATAN DI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

Abstract

Department of Public Works and the banks have relationships that are interwoven in the Tender project construction work. Tender conducted by the Department of Public Works should have a letter of support for the bank as administrative requirements. In this study the problems that can be studied are: 1) how the application of the support of village banks to tender the construction of a bridge at the Department of Public Works South Solok? 2) What are the constraints faced in the implementation of support for village banks to tender the construction of a bridge at the Department of Public Works South Solok? 3) Efforts to overcome the obstacles encountered in the implementation of support for village banks to tender the construction of a bridge at the Department of Public Works South Solok ?. The method used is the juridical sociological, that approach to the law as a norm or rules and approaches to the public in the sense of seeing reality in society. Data sourced from primary data and secondary data by using data collection through interviews and document study, data analysis using a qualitative approach. From the results of this research is that 1) the application of bank support is attached to the bid documents submitted by contractors, suppliers of goods and services by uploading to the application LPSE South Solok with scanned (scan) first, 2) the obstacles encountered in the implementation of support banks are less mastered the technology, the Internet slow or broken, then do not know the rules of the procurement, 3) efforts to overcome obstacles is to increase knowledge and improve the system of Internet networks in order to facilitate the tender conducted electronically.
