PERAN KOMISI KEJAKSAAN DALAM PENGAWASAN KODE ETIK JAKSA BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PRESIDEN NOMOR 18 TAHUN 2011 TENTANG KOMISI KEJAKSAAN
Abstract
AGO as a state institution which has the task of enforcement and the rule of law needs to hire a professional and good manners. A prosecutor there is a load so heavy as one of the main pillars of law enforcement in Indonesia so that if these requirements are not followed, will have an impact on law enforcement, and this is where the correlation is disignifikan determination prerequisite that must be met for a potential jaksa.Adapun problems in this paper is (1) How is the role of the prosecutor commission for supervising the performance of the prosecutor?
