PELAKSANAAN ASURANSI JIWA SANTUNAN KREDIT ANDA (Ajisaka) PADA PT. BRINGIN LIFE SYARIAH PADANG SEBAGAI JAMINAN UTANG DALAM PERJANJIAN KREDIT
Abstract
ABSTRACT
In giving a credit, a bank is not only asking the material but also life insurance bail, that work together with insurance company, one of them is PT. BRIngin Life Syariah. The research problems were: 1) How was the payment of Asuransi Jiwa Santunan Kredit Anda (Ajisaka) premium with permanent JUP and the decrease of JUP in credit pact of PT. BRIngin Life Syariah? 2) How was the type of compensation that Ajisaka give with permanent JUP and The decrease of JUP when the debtor die? The type of this research was sociological juridical, primary data was getting in location and interview. Analysis the primary data was qualitative. The result of the research were: 1) The payment of Ajisaka premi was done in the beginning of credit bail, took from the credit amount that gave to endured or debtor. The amount of premi settled by PT. BRIngin Life Syariah that appropriate with rate premi and based on endured age, the period of insurance and JUP.2) The type of compensation from Ajisaka consists of 2 (two) part: Ajisaka with permanent JUP, the compensation was giving in the amount of beginning debt, half of compensation used to paid the debt, the residue of compensation was giving to heir, and Ajisaka with permanent JUP, the compensation that giving was the credit residue.
