PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER (NHT) PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SD SABBIHISMA 2 KECAMATAN NANGGALO PADANG

This research is motivated by low learning outcomes of students in science learning. This study aims to determine whether the learning outcomes of science students who apply model Numbered Heads Together better than the results of science learning students who apply conventional learning methods on students of class V SD Sabbihisma 2 District Nanggalo Padang. This type of research is experiment. The research population is all students of class V SD Sabbihisma 2 District Nanggalo Padang 2016/2017 academic year consisting of 2 classes. The study sample was VB class as experiment class and VA class as control class. The instrument used in this study is a test of student learning outcomes. The form of test used is objective. Based on the data analysis obtained from the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained that t arithmetic = 2.21 while t table = 2,005 at the level of real α 0.05 and dk = 55. Thus, t arithmetic> t table then the hypothesis is accepted Or the difference of science learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Sabbihisma 2 Nanggalo Padang sub-district for academic year 2016/2017 on the use of Numbered Heads Together learning model with conventional learning method. So it can be concluded that the results of science learning students using the model Numbered Heads Together better than the results of science learning students who use conventional learning methods.
