This study aims to determine the effect of Scramble model on the learning outcomes of IPS students of class V SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kota Padang by applying Scramble learning model and student learning outcomes by using lecture method. The type of this research is experimental research. The research population is all students of SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Padang City in the academic year 2016/2017 and as a sample class that is VB class as experiment class and VA class as control class. The data taken in this study is the score of learning results of IPS cognitive domain obtained through the final test in the form of objective. The results showed that there was a difference between the experimental classes taught by using the Scramble learning model compared to the control class using only the lecture method. This can be proven from the number of values and the average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class (experiment = total value 3120 and average 82.10, control = total value 2790 and average 75.40) and from the result Hypothesis test by using t-test is obtained that thitung> ttable (1,966> 1,6669). From the data, it can be concluded that the learning model of Scramble has an effect on the students' learning result of class V SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kota Padang.
