The Relationship of Elasticity and Balance to The Right Direction of Service of Men’s Athletes Sepaktakraw Padang

Abstrak

This research started from the observation that the writer met in the field, allegedly the formation of togok and balance give correlation to the accuracy of service direction of athlete son sepaktakraw Padang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of togok gore and balance to the accuracy of service direction of athlete son sepaktakraw Padang City. The type of research is correlational with the population is athlete son sepaktakraw Padang City amounted to 20 people. Sampling in this study by using total sampling which amounted to 20 people. Data were taken in three ways, test sit and reach for togok, stork stand (T test) to measure balance and precision test with target or target to measure the accuracy of service direction. The data obtained were analyzed by Product Moment correlation and double correlation. Based on the analysis of the discussion it can be concluded that, 1) There is a significant relationship between the formation of togok to the precision of service direction, at α (0.05) rhitung (0.736)> rtab (0.444), 2) There is a significant relationship between the balance of directional accuracy (0,528)> rtab (0.444), 3) There is a significant association between togok formation and equilibrium, at α (0.05) rhitung (0.757)> rtab (0.444 ).
