Abstrak

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine and describe the differences in IPA learning outcomes by applying the model of the Coopetrative type Treffingerand the learning outcomes of students with conventional learning methods. This type of research is experimental research. The research population is all students of class V SD Negeri 21 Limau Sundai 2016/2017 lesson year consisting of 2 classes. The sample of the study was V.A as the experimental class and class V.B as the control class determined by the total sample technique. The data used in this research is the score of science learning outcomes of the cognitive domain collected through objective test. The results showed that there are significant differences in the results of science learning students by applying the model of learning Treffinger and student learning outcomes with conventional learning methods. This can be seen from the average acquisition of the experimental class higher than the average gain of control class (experiment = 80,58 ± 10.8 control = 75,00 ± 8,28) and hypothesis test result by using t-test It is obtained that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount = 1.85> ttable = 1.6767). So it can be concluded Treffinger learning model is different from the conventional model learning outcomes of student learning outcomes class V SD Negeri 21 Limau Sundai. Seeing the results of this study by applying the Treffinger learning model has an effect on the science learning outcomes and needs to be applied and developed in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. Keywords: Learning IPA, Model Of The Coopetrative Type Treffinger
