Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of influence provided by the performance of teachers and student satisfaction on student achievement subjects computer skills and information management students class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. The population of this study is 37 students. In the sampling technique used total random sampling that is the sampling technique of sampling where the number of samples equal to the number of population. Student achievement data obtained from computer skills subject teachers and information management and data influence teacher performance and student satisfaction obtained from the questionnaire dispersion using Likert scale. Data management was done by using statistic method with SPSS version 16 software. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: (1) the influence of teacher performance on student achievement of 20.61%. (2) the influence of student satisfaction on student achievement of 42.25%. (3) the influence of teacher performance and student's satisfaction on student achievement together by 67%. So it can be concluded if the teacher has a good performance then increased student satisfaction and affect student achievement in school.
