This research is based on the learning process that is still centered on the teacher, the lack of interest of students in following the learning process so that it influences the learning outcomes. The low learning outcomes of students require teachers to improve the learning process, one way by applying Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of CIRC learning on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students grade IV SDN 27 Olo Field Padang. This experimental research type using true experimental design design is Posttest-Only Control Design. The population of this research is all students of grade IV SDN 27 Olo Field of Padang, with sampling technique of Total Sampling. The determination of the experimental class and the control class was done by lot, so that the class IV B as the experimental class with the number of 11 students and the class IV A as the control class with the number of students 20 students. The research instrument is a test of student learning outcomes obtained at the end of the research activity. Data were analyzed using t-test. Based on the data analysis obtained t_hitung = 2.43 and t_table = 1.69913 is t_hitung> t_ (table) then the hypothesis accepted. It can be concluded that the application of CIRC learning influence gives positive effect to the result of student learning of fourth grade of B second semester of SDN 27 Olo Ladang Padang.
