Abstrak

This research attempts to evaluate the effects of cooperative learning Snowball Throwing ti cognitive and affective aspects of 4th grade elementary student in SDN 11 Pudung Kecamatan Ampek Nagari Kabupatenn Agam in natural science focus. This research is conducted through experimental methods in which the subject of this research is all of student of 4th grade elementary student in SDN 11. Saturated sampling method is used as sample collecting method which collected from class of IV A and IV B as experiment and control group respectively while the total of sample is 49 students. The results of this research show that the results of cognitive learning on experiment group is 85,96 on average whilethe avrage results on control group is 76,09. To test the hypotheses, t-test is used and show that tcount > ttable, in which tcount is 2,812 and ttable is 1,68 on alpha 0,05. The results of affective learning on experiment group is 83,04 on average while the average results on control group is 70,30. To test the hypotheses, t-test is used and show that tcount > ttable, in which tcount is 3,39 and ttable is 1,68 on alpha 0,05 . In counclusion, there is effects on the use of cooperative learning Snowball Throwing to the results of the student cognitive and affective learning process in SDN 11 Pudung kecamatan Ampek Nagari Kabupaten Agam.
