Abstrak

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of model numbered head together on mathematics learning outcomes in grade IV students SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kec. Kuranji Kota Padang. The type of this research is experimental research with the population in this study is all students of grade IV SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kec. Kuranji Town of Padang, amounting to 167 students. The research design used was randomized control group only design and got IVE class as experiment class and class IVB as control class. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test because the data is normally distributed and the variance is homogeneous. From the data analysis of learning result using cooperative model numbered head together with the average value of 83.54 experimental class and the average value of control class 73,64 with the level of statistical test (α = 0,05) obtained t_count = 3,029 and t_table = 1.668 means 〖t〗 _count> t_table, then hypothesis H_ (1) is accepted. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there is the influence of model numbered head together on the results of learning mathematics in grade IV students SDN 10 Sungai Sapih Kec. Kuranji Kota Padang at 95% confidence level. Looking at cooperative learning model of type numbered head together gives a positive impact on students' mathematics learning outcomes, then teachers should be able to use this learning model.
