PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATIONTERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IVSDN 10 GANTING PADANG

This research is motivated by the learning process by teachers tend to use lecture and guestion and answerr method, low student learning outcomes require teachers to improve the learning process, one way to apply group investigation learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of learning group investigation model of the fourth grade student learning outcomes on learning IPS.This type of reserch is experimental research. The sample in this research is the students of class IV A and IV B  with ta total of 55 student that the sampling method using Purposive sampling. The data collected in the form of student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques in this study using the test. The test used is an objective test. Data obtained from statistical test. The result of the research on the students' learning result showed that the average score of IPS learning outcomes in the experimental class is 82,57dan  and the control class is 76,74. The hypothesis test using t-test shows thitung> ttable, with tcount of 1,87 and ttable value Equal to 1,67  at significant level significant α = 0,05. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there is influence of learning outcomes IPS  students experimental class by using learning group investigation model.
