This study aims to determine the significant effect on the learning outcomes of students of class V in Indonesian Language Learning through Model Modeling The Way at SDN 05 Pasar Baru Bayang Pesisir Selatan.The type of this research is experimental research.The population of this study were all students of class V, consisting of VA and VB.The sample is a VA class consisting of 26 students as an experimental class and a VB class consisting of 26 students as a control class.Technique of data collecting is done by method of test and method of documentation.Prior to treatment both classes were tested for balance with normality and homogeneity tests using the previous test score or pre test.Then the two classes were given different treatment, the experimental class using Modeling The Way model and control class using lecture learning.Then given a post testtest (final test).The results showed that, there is a significant difference in the results of learning to speak students on learning Indonesian language between the application of learning model Modeling The Way with the results of learning to talk students on learning Indonesian application of conventional learning.Based on hypothesis testing of students' learning achievement results obtained thitung = 2.04 and ttabel = 1.67 on the level of real α 0.05 with dk is 50.Thus, thitung>ttabel then the accepted hypothesis that there is the result of learning to speak students in learning Indonesian language by applying the model of learning modeling the way on the students of class V SDN 05 PasarBaruBayang, Pesisir Selatan.Seeing the results of this study by applying the model of learning modeling the way affect the results of learning to speak students on learning Indonesian and need to be applied and developed in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
