This study aims to determine the effect of the method The Learning Cell on learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 28 Korong Gadang Kuranji Padang. This type of research is experimental design with randomized control group posttest only design.The population of this research is all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 28 Korong Gadang Kuranji Padang, where 42 people. Determination of sample classes conducted by saturation sampling technique and determination of experimental classes and control classes conducted by random sampling, then on to the experimental class is a class IV A with the number of students 21 and the control class is a class IV B with the number of students 21 people. The instrument used for data collection are student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain in the form of the test is about opinions and observations on the affective sheet. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class that is equal to 82.4 and the average value of the control class 76.19. Furthermore, hypothesis testing using t-test showed tcount > ttable (1,99> 1,68) on the real level α = 0.05, so the hypothesis   accepted, meaning that there is an influence onmethod The Learning Cell to the learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SD Negeri 28 Korong Tower Kuranji Padang. The average value of 76,14 affective experimental class is higher than the control class 69,76. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed tcount > ttable (1,94> 1,68) on the real level α = 0.05. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is significant influence between cognitive and affective learning outcomes of students in learning science experiment class and control class. Cognitive and affective learning outcomes of students in learning science by using The Learning Cell better than learning using conventional methods.
