Hubungan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang
Abstrak
This research is based on the problem of the low correlation of teacher competence to the learning result of the students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. The purpose of this study is to prove the magnitude of the relationship of teacher competence to the results of student learning class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. The type of this research is descriptive research that is correlational. The study population was 53 students of class X TKJ 1 as a trial as many as 31 students and X TKJ 2 for research as many as 22 students. Data relation of teacher competence collected through questionnaire by using likert scale which has been tested its validity and reliability and data of learning result collected through result study test. Then the data were analyzed using statistics with the help of SPSS version 17 for the correlation and regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the relationship of teacher competence to the learning result is 37,58%. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the relationship of teacher competence to student learning outcomes.
